ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are usually processed within 48 hours, after which it will be shipped out to you.

SHIPPING RATES

For your convenience, shipping rates are calculated at checkout after you've entered your address details. These are live shipping rates so you can get the best price and shipping times based on your location. 

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

In general, it will take 3 - 5 business days after your items have been picked to arrive. You will receive tracking IDs when your items have been prepared for shipping, so you can follow your parcel via the tracking link.

In some cases, when you order different items from our store, we may ship these separately from different warehouses. In this case, you will receive multiple tracking IDs and items may arrive on different days.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping for certain regions when your cart balance (after any discount applied) reaches a certain limit. 

European shipping for orders over €99. When your cart balance is over €99, after any discounts applied, free shipping will be added automatically. 

Australian shipping for orders over AU$200. When your cart balance is over AU$200, after any discounts applied, free shipping will be added automatically. 

Canadian shipping for orders over CA$150. When your cart balance is over CA$150, after any discounts applied, free shipping will be added automatically. 

New Zealand shipping for orders over NZ$200. When your cart balance is over NZ$200, after any discounts applied, free shipping will be added automatically.
