Referral Program Terms & Conditions
1. No purchase is necessary to earn rewards.
2. Rewards are currently only available to EU residents aged 18 or over.
3. Referrals must be valid and confirmed by Cruisin’ Co. in order to count towards your rewards.
4. Cruisin’ Co. reserves the right to remove referrals it deems to be fraudulent.
5. Any subscriber that refers fake, disposable or spam emails will be disqualified from the referral program at the sole discretion of Cruisin’ Co.
6. Cruisin’ Co. reserves the right, at our sole discretion to suspend/ cancel/ modify the promotion if it deems it to be taken advantage of unfairly or fraudulently.
7. Cruisin’ Co. reserves the right to change the rewards and reward points without notice at our sole discretion.
8. Rewards are non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.
9. Rewards are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Cruisin’ Co. reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative rewards of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
10. By participating in the referral program, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by Cruisin’ Co. for the purposes of the administration of this rewards program and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented, and consent to being added to the Cruisin’ Co. Marketing Mailing list and agree to accept marketing emails from Cruisin’ Co.
11. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Cruisin’ Co. will not give out or sell any data submitted to any third party
